Rules Rules ..just to follow not to break!!

Rules for the Play 
Here are the rules which have been finalized for the games this Summer season 2014.

1. Six teams are there in total.
2. Each team will play one match against every team.
3. League matches will be of 12 overs per inning.
4. Final will be of 15 overs per inning.
5. One ball will be used for one inning.
6. Maximum two bowler can bowl 3 overs in league. For final match, maximum over limit per bowler would be three.
7. Female player will consume at least one over in each inning.
8. Points would be distributed as per below
·                     Winner – 4 Points
·                     Loser – 0 Points
·                     Tie – 2 points

9. Top two teams would qualify to final.
10. If two teams in a having same points in league round then following would decide team for final.
·                     Team with better run rate would qualify for final.
·                     If run rate cannot decide team standing then team winning over other team with same point would be considered for final.
·                     If both a and b cannot decide qualifying team then team scoring  number of boundaries in league round would be qualified.
·                If still matches we will go for super over and still same then we can declare it as 8th wonder!!

11. In case of tie in league stage, 2-2 points would be awarded to each team.
12. In case of tie in final, super over will decide winner. Standard super over rule applied, which are max two wickets fall allowed for a team. If super over scores are level then team scoring more number of boundaries would be declared winner.
13. Umpire decision is final in all cases. Umpires can change their decision if they feel it right.
14. Minimum three players would stay inside circle at all the time. These three players are excluding wicket keeper and bowler.
15. There would be no LBW hence no leg bye run as well.
16. Byes and over throws are permitted.
17. No runner would be provided in any circumstances.
18. Retired hurt/out can come for batting at the end only.
19. Captain has to confirm playing 11 from list of registered players before toss.
20. If any team member moves out of CG, then captain will have option to replace this particular player with a CG player. New players can contribute to team only after complete exit of already registered player.
21. If any team is found guilty of using an unregistered player then all contribution made by that player would be ignored and results might get reversed even if match is completed.

Rules for female players:
1. Female player would face first full over. This over would be bowled by female player from opposite team.
2. If female player gets out, first over will be considered complete.
3. Male player is running from non-striking end on first over is just a dummy player. If female player tries take single on first ball then both male and female has to reach opposite end to complete single and female players will again take strike. If any of the male or female gets run out then female player would be considered out.
4. If one of the team playing without female player.
·                     Team without female player will result in additional 5 runs to the opponent team.
·                     Team without female player can get substitute female player for fielding.
·                     First over would be bowled by a male player Over arm from full length pitch.
·                     In this over all 6 legal balls will be bowled even if female player get out multiple times.
·                     Only two players can stand inside circle and 4 outside circle. This makes total 8 players on ground.
·                     Team without female player will get 11 overs to bat. Substitute female player cannot bat or bowl.
·                     If female player gets out, no credit to male bowler and ball will be considered as dot ball. No run awarded either in case of legal delivery.
·                     This over will be from total quota of bowler.
·                     If no substitute female player then the team will play with 10 players.

SO BETTER CONVINCE FEMALE PLAYER TO COME FOR GAME

5. If both teams are playing without female players, both team would get 11 overs per inning and no substitute fielder.
6. If after first over female player is not out then she would come back once all male players get out. Captains have decision to end inning if team is not conformable in sending female player for batting.
7. For point 5 if female players facing bowler it would be under arm with standard field restriction and full pitch length. Standard bowling action would be imposed if remaining last male player comes back on strike.
